In India, Moose offers FREE standard shipping on all PREPAID orders over Rs 2000. The standard shipping time is five to seven business days.

Almost all kind of debit cards, credit cards, Paytm, Google pay and net banking are accepted.

We are underway to provide COD, however it is not available at our online store as of now.

Moose will provide end to end support from order placement to delivery on your door step, we will notify you on order placement and all updates about delivery on the email ID or mobile number mentioned by you while placing order.

We deliver across India by reliable delivery partners, your order will reach to you in 3 to 15 days from the date of order placement. In case of non-availability of any article, complete amount will be refunded within 7 days of order placement.

We choose best delivery partners to deliver your order, however we are bound to deliver your order as per their coverage, in case of festivals, National Holidays, bad weather, pandemic, etc. the delivery of your order might get delayed. In case your address is in outlier location we do our best to make an alternative solution to deliver your order in good time. We do not provide refunds on any order.

All disputes will be settled at District Court Hoshiarpur, Punjab India.
