Exchange and Return Policy

It is important to note that genuine leather products will expand half a size after few walks. If you still wish to exchange your shoe, please send it to Building No. 192-193, Basera Enclave, Village Shergarh, Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India, 146001.

Returns are not accepted; you may exchange an article for one of the same value or if the size does not fit, we will exchange the article.

In the event of an exchange, Moose will not pay for reverse shipping by the customer.

As long as the inspection team finds that the article sent back by the customer is in unused condition and is returned to us in its original packaging, we will accept an exchange.

It is only possible to exchange the product brought on sale in the event that the size mismatches, with an additional shipping fee.

Moose reserves all rights of inspection of an article sent for exchange. If the inspection team is satisfied with the condition of the returned article, then the article exchange can be processed with no additional shipping charges, within 30 days from the date the article was received back. Otherwise, the same article will be returned to the customer with an additional shipping charge.

All disputes will be settled at District Court Hoshiarpur, Punjab India.
